I had huge twin room with heater on. In general the staff were genuinely helpful and very amiable. The location was marvellous and exceptionally nice - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. A few times I ate at Cosmic Kitchen, located relatively close to the hotel...

The units here are nicely furnished and come with heaters, which is great for staying warm. the staff were friendly and pleasant, making the experience even better. the location is convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to Machu Picchu. 😊.

My stay here was FANTASTIC. My huge and bright room came with heater on.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Kuska Home. the location was fantastic, being close to Machu Picchu while also situated in a peaceful area. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to all my requests. Plus, the room I was given was exceptionally clean and featured a heater, which made my stay even more comfortable. it was a delightful place to stay!

Convenient location in San Blas with easy access to great restaurants and squares. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Despite some issues, the hotel is making efforts to improve.

Great value for what you get! The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The location was perfect, centrally located with easy access to all the main attractions. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit and local specialties. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing information about nearby restaurants and arranging transportation when needed.

Although the hotel was overall great, the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some areas of the hotel. the noise from the street could be heard in the rooms at night, which can be bothersome for light sleepers.

My xmas stay was a fantastic experience. the staff was very friendly and helpful in assisting us throughout our stay. the breakfast spread was amazing and very delicious. the location was perfect, situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood with many cafes, restaurants, and shops. It was also very close to the main plaza. the garden-courtyard-hangout space was a great place to relax and unwind. the spa offered excellent massages that were truly amazing.

The room was a bit drafty and could have used a heater. We also had some trouble with the water supply, but it was resolved promptly.

Great location, close to restaurants and plazas. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
